Applications will only be accepted during this open application period.

Applicants must apply online through the HCR Section 8 portal https://section8.hcr.ny.gov/ during the open enrollment period.


Applications received during the open period will be entered into a random selection process for placement on the property's waiting list.


Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee admission to the program or receipt of rental assistance.

If applicants require assistance, they may contact HCR at (833) 791-2748 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) or TTY (833) 990-4002. Accessibility accommodations and language assistance are available upon request.
