Sharon Smith is President of Progressive Management She runs the day-to-day operations of this growing portfolio of affordable housing. She is responsible for property management operations, marketing and leasing. Sharon has nearly twenty years experience in residential and mixed-use real estate management and development. She held positions in the past with Related Managemen Company, Douglas Elliman Property Management and National Development Councils Corporate Equity Fund. Sharon is a Certified Housing Manager (CHM), a Certified Housing Occupancy Specialist (COS) and a Housing Developmen Finance Professiona (HDFP). She has extensive experience and training in LIHTC and Section8 property management and is a graduate of Stony Brook University.
